Contemporary Music, The European Tour of -King Deer-, By Angelo Inglese

(1888PressRelease) May 12, 2017 – The European Tour of „Il Re Cervo” starts on Sunday 14th May, in Galati, Romania. It is a work in three acts composed by the Italian musician Angelo Inglese. The show will be performed at The Nae Leonard Theatre at 6 pm.

The tour will continue in Avignon, France, with two other performances on the 23rd and 24th of May. Furthermore, the show will see the last two replicas at the end of the month at Legnano (Milan) on the 27th and 28th respectively.

The work is a tragicomic story from the popular folk tradition and is part of Carlo Gozzi’s theatrical fairies, an antagonist of Carlo Goldoni.

Plot
Deramo, King of Serendipo, is looking for a bride and submits all the girls of the kingdom to a test. After several attempts, he finds Angela, daughter of Minister Pantalone.

The king decides to marry her, sparking the fury of Tartaglia, Prime Minister, in turn in love with Angela. During a hunt in which the whole court takes part, Tartaglia’s ambition, wickedness and jealousy push him to assassinate the king. A magic reincarnates the spirit of the killed king in the body of a deer, while the spirit of Tartaglia takes possession of the body of King Deramo.

With the same magic, Deramo takes advantage of the death of an old man killed by Tartaglia to assume its appearance, abandoning the remains of the dead deer. Angela recognises in the old man that the real king Deramo has come to court and together they prepare for revenge.

Angela asks Tartaglia to check out the effects of a magic formula he claims to know, but Tartaglia wants at all costs to marry her. The old man (Deramo) intervenes to save her. Tartaglia tries to kill him, but with a magic King Deramo resumes his true looks, forcing Tartaglia to take over those of the old man. The room opens for magic and, in front of everyone, Tartaglia invokes forgiveness, and Deramo will finally marry Angela.

About the author

Chicago, IL (1888PressRelease) May 12, 2017 – Next College Student Athlete (NCSA), the largest and most successful NCAA-compliant athletic recruiting network that matches student-athletes with college coaches, announces its 2016 „College Power Rankings.”

NCSA’s „College Power Rankings” rates the top 100 NCAA schools based on their combined athletic and academic achievements. This is NCSA’s seventh annual list scoring NCAA Division I, II, and III colleges and universities. NCSA combines these three factors to determine overall athletic and academic standards.

„Finding a school that suits academic and athletic needs is challenging,” said Lisa Strasman, NCSA President. „The ‚College Power Rankings’ sets student-athletes and parents up for success, giving them the information they need to select a school that will help them excel both athletically and academically.”

Global Feed Acid Market to Exhibit 6.30% CAGR 2013-2019 due to Growing Demand for Processed Meat

According to a recent market research report published by Transparency Market Research, the global feed acid market is estimated to expand at a CAGR of 6.30% during the period between 2013 and 2019. The report, titled “Feed Acid Market – Global Industry Analysis, Size, Share, Growth, Trends and Forecast, 2013 – 2019,” projects the global feed acid market to be worth US$1,779.3 mn by 2019. The overall market stood at a valuation of US$1,162.3 mn in 2012.

Feed acids refer to essential nutrients that are used to improve the shelf life of animal feeds and increase their nutritional value. Owing to the growing demand for meat and dairy products across the globe, the availability of healthy livestock is important in times when epidemics such as mad cow, avian flu, and foot and mouth disease are prevalent. For advanced animal nutrition, essential amino acids such as lysine are used in feed acids.

The report states that the rise in meat consumption worldwide is expected to fuel the demand for feed acids. According to the World Health Organization, the annual meat production is expected to increase from 218 mn tons in 1997-1999 to 376 mn tons by 2030. Various disease outbreaks among livestock have further increased the need for feed acids. All these factors are anticipated to drive the growth of the global feed acid market during the forecast horizon. However, the usage of various alternatives might hamper the demand for feed acids. The overall market has a huge opportunity to grow with the ban on the usage of antibiotics on livestock. Nowadays, different organic acids are blended in feed acids for better results.

In 2012, Europe and North America dominated the overall market and together held over 60% of the market. The rapid growth of the feed acid market in these regions can be attributed to the ban on antibiotics and the increased demand for processed meat. During the forecast horizon, Asia Pacific is anticipated to register the fastest growth in the market, expanding at a CAGR of 6.60%. Nokia and KDDI trial 5G with AirScale radio for wireless ultra-broadband in megacities

Nokia Press ReleaseFirst in a series of 5G collaborations between Nokia and KDDI, shows potential of 5G to deliver high-bandwidth data services like Ultra HD video in urban environmentsTrial achieved speeds of more than 1Gbps over 5G with Nokia AirScale radio access on the 28GHz band to neighboring apartmentMay 12, 2017Tokyo, Japan – Nokia and leading Japanese operator KDDI have conducted a country-first trial simulating future 5G network demands, providing high-speed, one gigabit-per-second connectivity inside an apartment block using Nokia radio technology on the 28GHz band. The trial, conducted between the KDDI Research Building and an apartment approximately 100 meters away, achieved speeds in excess of 1Gbps on the 28GHz band, demonstrating how 5G technology can be used inside apartment blocks to meet demand for wireless ultra-broadband in megacities such as Tokyo, the most densely populated metropolitan area in the world. The trial took place in Fujimino City of Saitama Prefecture and marks the first in a series of 5G collaborations between Nokia and KDDI following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) last year to develop technologies for a new, faster generation of wireless communications.Akira Matsunaga, Senior Director, Mobile Network Technical Development, KDDI, said: „The speeds achieved in this trial show great potential for us to deliver high-quality services. Working with Nokia, we want to develop the use of technologies that deliver on the promise of 5G to meet our subscribers needs.”Jae Won, head of Nokia Japan, added: „This trial is an important milestone both in our collaboration with KDDI and in our development of technology to meet the ever-growing demands of the large populations of megacities. 5G promises to deliver the ultra-low latency, capacity and high speeds for these types of deployment, and this trial is a great example of how it can be applied to transform the entertainment experience as one of the many use cases 5G has to offer.”About the technologyNokia AirScale Base Station, part of Nokia’s 5G FIRST end-to-end solution, provided coverage and connectivity to the apartment blockNokia AirFrame offered a commercial platform to enable cloud RAN and allow the transmission of streaming data
